TOTAL Disaster Recovery Protection

Surviving a disaster requires more than just running backups. Disaster recovery protection includes our TOTAL Remote Backup services plus three important additional services. First, it includes our TOTAL Image Backup (TIB). TIB creates complete images of your critical Windows or Linux systems including the OS, databases, applications, user accounts, and all configuration settings. These images allow you to recover from a disaster is hours or even minutes rather than days or weeks. Second, we provide periodic test restores to ensure that restoration will work as planned. Testing recovery is the only way to be truly prepared. And finally, we keep spare systems on hand to use on an interim basis in the event of a disaster that destroys one of your critical systems.
