Before SlingStoneIT, I never had issued resolved on my own. Always had to Google a question and then look through allot of responses to locate my problem. Most of the time the issue was never resolved. Now I really like the chat help. I like the expertise that SlingStoneIT has. The result is we don't lose any downtime when we have an issue. I am able to resolve the issue with SlingStoneIT almost immediately. Every technician I have dealt with at SlingStoneIT impresses me with their knowledge and courtesy. Today was a prime example of the quality of staff at SlingStoneIT. I had two different issues this morning and I chatted with staff at SlingStoneIT. The first issue had was with web browser "cookies" from a client we have. It was very important that I complete a project with them this morning. I could not access their website. After five minutes with the staff at SlingStoneIT looking into my problem, they were able to direct me in the correct direction to correct the problem. A couple hours later I had another problem with a tester that was important to get working. The staff at SlingStoneIT had me up and running within ten minutes. I never had very much downtime because she was able to get me back on quickly.

Before SlingStoneIT, We had one staff member who was our "go to" in calling if something went down so if that happened, it would affect that persons work flow as they would have to stop what they were doing & work to get the issue fixed for us.
